  1. Austria, which has a Safety Ranking of 3 and a Happiness Ranking of 42

  1. Vietnam, which has a Safety Ranking of 45 and a Happiness Ranking of 2

  1. Chile, which has a Safety Ranking of 30 and a Happiness Ranking of 19
