Failing Gracefully: What You Probably Didn’t Know About Successful Startups

I have a confession.

I had my first job interview yesterday since being self-employed…

and I loved it.

Does the fact that I’m ready to go back to a day job mean I’m a failure or that my business didn’t work out?  Absolutely not.

You’ll hear a lot of successful people tell you they were a “20 year overnight success.”  This means they tried and failed and kept trying many, many times (and for many, many years) before they got to where they are today.  Most of those people probably changed directions at least a few times too.  Check out the below Infographic created by Online MBA about the truth behind successful businesses.  This should make any aspiring or struggling entrepreneur feel just a little bit more normal!
