Once you are in your ‘marital home’ reverting back to your teenage years with a sleepover might seem a little unusual. Make the most of the last few weeks of legally ‘single’ life and have the girls over for a night in – just make sure your fiance is also away for the evening! Send out cute invitations if you like – you could even make it the event where you formally ask your friends to be your bridesmaids, if you haven’t done so already. Make the dress code strictly pyjamas and stock up on wine, chocolates and pampering goodies for a truly relaxing evening.
Dress shopping
Even into adulthood, many of us still go shopping with our girlfriends. If there was ever a time to continue this tradition, it is when you are getting married. It is likely that your bridesmaids will be by your side when you are trying on your wedding dress, but you will also be going with them to help choose their dresses too.
