Five-star hotel in Bansko with an international award

With highest rating among all Bulgarian hotels Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax – one of the best luxury hotels in Bansko and Bulgaria has received again an extremely prestigious international recognition.

For the comfort provided to guests at the hotel, quality of service, food and cleanliness, Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax was rated by TUI UK with a total of 9.4 points out of 10 possible.

The rating is for the winter season in 2018 and is the highest given to a Bulgarian hotel ever.

This recognition is particularly valuable as TUI is a multinational company, a European and a world leader in tourism.

It works in more than 130 countries, apart from travel agencies; there are hotels, airlines, a fleet of tourist ships, shops, online portals, and so on. Its customers are over 20 million people.

The services offered to them – both as trips and recreation in a variety of locations around the world – are world-class, as a result of which TUI customers have high standards.

It should be noted here that the assessment was made by TUI customers who have stayed this winter in our hotels. This is not the first international recognition for Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax, but it shows that the hotel invariably maintains the most up-to-date international standards.

The hotel has been distinguished by TUI for the seasons 2012-2013, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017. In fact, since 2008 there is not a year in which this five-star hotel in Bansko has not won national or international awards.

Especially valuable is the Travelers’ Choice award. Only one percent of hotels worldwide have this award and Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax has won it three times since 2014.

The award is given by TripAdvisor, the largest tourist platform used by millions of tourists as an encyclopedia of destinations on the five continents, including evaluation of hotels, restaurants and everything related to tourist accommodation.

What does Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax offer?

It’s s five-star hotel with luxurious studios and varied options of the suites- Lux, Deluxe, Executive, 2-bedroom Lux+, 2-bedroom Executive+ and Presidential.

There are a total of 115 rooms and suites, all soundproofed, furnished in a sophisticated style, with a fully equipped kitchenette and luxurious bathrooms.

Of course, there is internet, TV with various channels, telephone, a safe for money and valuables.

Guests of Lucky Bansko SPA & Relax enjoy free fitness, jacuzzi, steam baths, bio pools and a salt pool, a salt room that is especially beneficial for the respiratory system. For skiers there are free shuttle services to the ski lift, as well as directly to the ski tracks, ski wardrobe with a heater. The hotel has three parking lots with video surveillance and there is also an underground level.

The hotel has a special policy for family holidays, including families with more children. There is the possibility of free accommodation for children and the parents are provided with numerous facilities. Children between 1 and 6 years old have a special room for free babysitting.

In winter there is a second room – for children over 5 years old; besides babysitters, there are also animators and various free games. For teenagers there are two computer zones and different electronic games.

Le Bistro offers both Bulgarian and international cuisine. Leonardo Bansko, which is for original Italian recipes and Mediterranean cuisine, is part of a complete aqua complex and Fondue is open in the winter and offers Alpine cuisine from Switzerland and France.
