There are some educational courses you need before you can get those.
Second is the Real Estate License, also known as the CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services. You can either take a qualification course or a government trainee program. It does not stop there–if you are considering a career in the Australian Capital Territory or New South Wales, you will need an annual Continuing Professional Development course.
A Love of Constant Activity
Compared to being a real estate agent, matchmaking is a sedentary lifestyle. Because real estate deals with physical property, agents should be prepared to travel around all parts of the city to match their clients with the houses they are looking for.
