Meet Jehan Miller!

When I put out the word that I was looking for a few good women to be our new Ms. Career Girl columnists, I was surprised to receive an outpouring of amazing responses.  Young professional women from all over the country emailed me to introduce themselves and tell their career story.  It was tough to choose just a handful of columnists but I know you will love hearing from the ladies I’ve selected.

I want to start by introducing Jehan Miller, a Marketing Communications Coordinator who works for an engineering and IT company here in Chicago.  She is also a girl after my own heart who has a “side hustle” as a blogger.  Jehan is the founder of Pink Velvet Kisses, a fashion and style blog full of great pictures, fashion advice and product reviews.  She also happens to love the color pink – yay!

I love the style of Jehan’s writing.  Her posts are typically short and impactful.  She’s the kind of blogger you check out before big meetings and big social events to make sure you’re styled just right.

Jehan and I plan to work with brands in order to get you guys some coupon codes, product reviews and awesome giveaways!  Stay tuned.

Meet Jehan

What are the professional accomplishments you’re most proud of? The professional accomplishment that I am most proud of was the first time my team won a contract. It showed me what team work and compromise can really achieve.

Why do you write for Ms. Career Girl? I write for Ms.Career Girl because it addresses so many questions and situations that arise in a young woman’s career and has given me some invaluable and sound advice.

Fill in the blanks:

I can cook… the best mac & cheese with maple bacon and smoked cheddar cheese, it’s my signature dish.

If I was forced to completely switch career paths and accept a dream job, it would be…a celebrity fashion stylist.

Say hi to Jehan & ask her your style questions!
